Pre-announcement: the second MarTERA call for projects on maritime and marine technologies will be opened soon

The consortium of the ERA-NET Cofund MarTERA will launch in November/December 2018 a second joint call for transnational research and innovation projects on different thematic priority areas.

SEI Call for Projects in the frame of the Belmont Forum : the deadline for submission is extended to Monday 23th July

Landslides and floods, triggered by torrential rain from last week, hit dramatically Japan. Researchers are actively mobilized in the national emergency response. Due to this case of force majeure, the SEI call deadline is extended to Monday 23th July at 5 p.m. (CEST).

Preliminary announcement: a call for European projects on Nutrition and Epigenome

The French National Research Agency will launch, in partnership with 8 countries, the third ERA-HDHL joint call for funding transnational research projects on “Nutrition and Epigenome”. The call is scheduled to be opened on February 6th 2018.

Preliminary Announcement: a transnational call for proposals on Personalised Medicine to be open soon

The French National Research Agency, in partnership with 21 countries is set to launch a first Joint Transnational Call for proposals on “Research projects on Personalised Medicine – smart combination of pre-clinical and clinical research with data and ICT solutions” through the ERA-NET ERA PerMed. The call is cofunded by the European Commission and is likely to open in February 2018.

Launch of the call "Hurricanes 2017" - Disaster, Risk and Resilience

Last August and September 2017 was marked with unprecedented extreme weather events made of a succession of extreme power hurricanes especially in the Lesser Antilles and the Gulf of Mexico (Irma, Jose, Maria, Harvey). In the face of these sadly extra-ordinary events, the French Ministry for Higher Education, Research and Innovation has decided to commit and launch, with the National Research Agency (ANR), a call for research projects on these phenomena and their environmental and social consequences.

Personalised Medicine : an international Action Plan published

Personalised medicine is an innovative method to treat patients that uses research, data and cutting-edge technology in providing better diagnostics and follow-up. It facilitates more personalised health interventions for citizens and offers tailored therapies and treatments for patients. The full potential of personalised medicine cannot be achieved due to several barriers and challenges. To boost personalised medicine, the International Consortium of Personalized Medicine (ICPerMed) has recently published a consensus view on the research and development needed in order to further advance personalised medicine.
